Manchester, UK, August 1st, 2016 – Nimans today proudly announced the launch of ForgeServe, cloud based SaaS platform, offering ‘zero touch’ IP handset auto provisioning. Providing resellers with the ultimate choice in remote provisioning and management for their device eco system. Utiising ForgeServe Nimans resellers will be able to access their own virtual warehouse and order Skype for Business handsets for supported vendors, ready to use, for the first time.
ForgeServe is the world’s first commercial, vendor agnostic, multi-tier, IP device provisioning and management platform. Nimans are enhancing their current provisioning offer with the new ForgeServe fully automated and now zero touch provisioning service for Polycom and Yealink handsets. Nimans resellers can take advantage of a ‘bonded warehouse’ facility where stock is stored at until required. Devices can be managed remotely by resellers who can either set-up and provision devices themselves or have them delivered direct to customers, ready to be plugged in – even Skype for Business handsets. The feature rich service also includes firmware updates.
